Step 1: Get rid of processed food, pesticides and GMOs

Step 2: Drink plenty of clean water (the current recommendation is half your body weight in ounces, so if you weigh 160lbs aim for 80 ounces. 

Step 3: Add a self-nurturing practice to your day (yoga, meditation, walk or sit in nature)

Step 4: Get in water in the evening to clear your energy before bed, such as a bath.
