Step 1: Get rid of processed food, pesticides and GMOs

Step 2: Drink plenty of clean water (the current recommendation is half your body weight in ounces, so if you weigh 160lbs aim for 80 ounces.

Step 3: Add a self-nurturing practice to your day (yoga, meditation, walk or sit in nature)

Step 4: Get in water in the evening to clear your energy before bed, such as a bath.

What is your body telling you to do to be physically well? The magical part about your body is that it is always trying to correct itself towards wellness. If you can get still and listen to the messages it’s saying, you can make positive changes towards better health and well-being. It’s way more important to listen to your intuition about what nutrients or actions your body wants you to take than it is to try and fit into some narrow diet box. Always listen to your body and intuition above all else. It knows what it needs to correct itself. This is called intuitive eating, and it’s much more important than any type of diet or advice out there. Be forgiving of yourself and move forward intuitively.

The health of our loved ones can weigh heavily on us, especially if you’re someone who has switched roles and is now doing parental care. Please know you don’t need to be a superhero. Ask for help. There is more help and love available to you when you allow it in. You don’t have to be the only one. There are great healers, doctors and other family members out there who will step-up if asked or given the opportunity. Please know that love has your highest good in mind too, and you should not sacrifice yourself or your inner joy. Energetically that is not in your best interest or theirs.
